What is an Autonomous B2B Revenue Agent?

An autonomous B2B revenue agent is AI that runs the work between "who should we sell to" and "we have a meeting": it learns your business, decides which accounts and personas to engage and why now, runs the outreach and follow-ups, handles replies, books meetings and keeps your CRM updated. Kryva is built as one, with guardrails and human review on top.

How is Kryva different from an AI SDR?

Most AI SDRs research the prospect and write emails. Kryva also learns the business doing the selling — your ICP, products, positioning, battlecards, case studies and sales methodology — and uses that to decide who to contact first, what proof to use and how to handle competitors, then prepares your team for the meeting.

Business knowledge

How does Kryva understand our business?

Kryva starts with AI research to build a company knowledge base about you. Your team then reviews and corrects it, and adds what research can't find: ICP, AOP, products, positioning, sales methodology, customer knowledge and objections. That knowledge is used in Kryva's reasoning and in the content it writes.

How does Kryva determine which persona to contact first?

For each account, Kryva identifies the relevant personas and prioritises them into a primary persona to reach first, a secondary persona, and an escalation persona if the conversation stalls — based on your ICP, the account's context and its buying signals.

How does Kryva use buying signals?

You define what intent means for you — for example funding, hiring, job changes, leadership changes, technology changes or market expansion. Kryva looks for those signals through web research and external enrichment providers and uses them to prioritise accounts and explain why now in its outreach.

Can I teach Kryva about my business?

Yes. The knowledge base, battlecards and case studies are all editable. You can correct anything the AI got wrong and add information it couldn't discover on its own, and Kryva uses your approved knowledge when it reasons and writes.

How do Knowledge Base and Battlecards work?

The knowledge base holds what Kryva knows about your company, products, ICP and methodology. Battlecards hold your approved competitive intelligence. When a competitor is mentioned or a competitive objection comes up, Kryva uses your battlecards instead of improvising competitive claims.

How does Kryva use case studies?

You add and edit your case studies. Kryva selects the most relevant proof for each account and persona — by industry, company situation, persona, business problem and competitive context — and uses it in outreach and meeting preparation.

Data and enrichment

Does Kryva have its own prospect database?

No. Kryva does not rely on maintaining its own proprietary prospect database. It researches accounts and connects to external enrichment and research providers. You can also start from your own lists or existing CRM data.

How does Kryva use external enrichment?

Kryva pulls company, contact and signal data from external enrichment and research sources when it works an account, rather than from a stored database. No data source is perfect, so Kryva grounds claims in the research it found and doesn't write lines it can't source.

Deliverability

How does Kryva protect email deliverability?

Kryva applies deliverability guardrails before anything sends: inbox warm-up, spam auditing, spam-risk scoring of each draft, content guardrails such as length and link limits, and a compliance check. No tool can guarantee inbox placement, but these checks reduce risk.

Can users define a spam threshold?

Yes. You set your own spam-risk threshold. Drafts that score above it are blocked and rewritten until they fall under it — for example, a threshold of 20 blocks a draft scoring 31 and approves the rewrite at 17.

Meetings

How does Kryva use DISC?

Kryva uses DISC as one input to adapt communication style and to brief your salesperson on how a contact may prefer to communicate. It is guidance, not a judgement about the person; when Kryva isn't confident, it falls back to a neutral approach.

How does Kryva prepare salespeople for meetings?

When a meeting is scheduled, Kryva combines prospect research, persona, DISC style, business context, intent, relevant case studies and likely objections into a structured meeting track: what to lead with, what to avoid, likely concerns, relevant proof and the meeting objective.

HubSpot and data in

How does Kryva integrate with HubSpot?

Kryva creates and updates contacts and companies in HubSpot, logs outbound activity and maintains outbound context there, so replies and meetings land in your CRM and CRM context feeds back into Kryva's decisions.

Can I upload a CSV to Kryva?

Yes. You can start a campaign by describing your ICP in plain language, uploading a CSV of accounts or contacts, or using account and contact data you already have.
